Easy to Assemble
Step 1: Simply hang the pulley on your pull-up bar.
Step 2: Adjust the length of the cable.
Step 3: Pass the cable through the pulley.
Step 4: Clip the cable with the loading pin.
Step 5: Add desired weight plates through-loading pin.
Step 6: Clip the other end of the cable with the Tricep Rope.
